Medibuy sells medicines and health products subject to Bangladeshi pharmacy regulations. Product information on this site is for general reference. MedAI tools and product descriptions are not medical advice. Always consult a doctor or pharmacist before starting, stopping, or changing medication.
You must provide a valid prescription where required. We may refuse or cancel orders that lack proper documentation or appear fraudulent. You confirm that prescriptions you upload are authentic and issued to you or the intended patient.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Due to safety regulations, many medicines cannot be returned once dispensed or opened. Contact support within 7 days for damaged or incorrect non-refrigerated items. See our FAQ for details.
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, submit false prescriptions, or resell medicines in violation of law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medibuy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or MedAI features. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
